Ok, I'll be straight with ya. You are looking for a small fist sized fake rock in a brandy new pile of rocks. When the local water authority updated the nearby pump house, they prettied up the place with new trees, and a lot of rocks. The cache is accessable from the newly planted tree line, so please do not climb down the rocky hillside. You don't even have to walk on the big rocks to make the find.
