Cache is in LARGE plastic container with a wooden jewelry box located inside (the cache is the actual jewelry box not the plastic container). Located at the KCNE tower site Chadron (my husband is the site Manager there).  This should be an easy P & G.  You can park on road and walk to get cache. I put a 2.0 on terrain, because some of the roads are horrible when it is raining or has rained..also located in the wild Nebraska grasslands so look out for critters & snakes…Happy Caching!
