GingerMerican: The parks department decided to fix the old water fountain and replaced the access cover on the bottom. I had to go to work on it with a phillips screwdriver to retrieve the cache which was still inside. Pretty muggle proof I'd say but not very accessible for my fellow cachers.

The time for debate and stonewalling has past. It's now time to get down to brass tacks and find this cache.

This is a P & G in one of the quaint little parks in Historic Downtown Norcross. It has parking available and depending on the season and /or time of day it could have a good bit of muggle activity. Be stealthy! Log only so BYOP.
