While out with my wife on a morning kayak paddle , the lake was almost flat and we saw something greenish floating just off the head of this cove . It was a loaded water pistol . I placed a small cache just a few meters from shore . It is a small pill bottle jammed in a tree fracture . Winter friendly .
Use caution if here in winter , a small brook empties just north of the cache . Congrats to hirtle for FTF and also to his wife on her own kayak , you have entered a new wonderful pastime that will take you to many fabulous places .
