1st Year Anniversary. Traditional Cache

Dynamic Duo 2012: Am sorry to say that this cache is been Archived.
As this cache has had a resent DNF, I checked on it on the way home from work and indeed it has yet again disappeared.
Also the area looks like drug users are back and for this reason we have decided to archive this cache.
