Kinky Fish hang out in this area. It is a hub for the locals to post letters, make a call or wait for a bus. A short walk from GZ will have you at the beach, you might even be abe to catch your own fish, kinky or otherwise.

You are looking for a micro cache.  The Kinky Fisherman knows the cache is here so searching won't be a problem but look out for muggles and dogs.
