We stayed one night at the Hostal Aqui, a small Hostal owned by an American, Will. The Hostal is enclosed by security wall and gate. We received permission from Ruy to place the cache. The cache is outside the wall so there is no need to go inside unless you just want to say hola.
The cache is a plastic jar covered in duct tape. It has a log and a pen inside. It is large enough for trade items. Please be very careful to place the cache back to its proper spot. Also watch out for muggles when searching.
