To find the caches in this series you will need to harness the Power of Water and bring it with you.
This series is dedicated to everyone in Southern Alberta that helped out during and after the Great Flood of 2013. We showed each other and the world that the Power of Community is even greater!
This cache was originally called "Hell or Highwater" but as that is a theme for CCARF13 we decided to rename it and the series to avoid any confusion.
This cache is placed in a location that we have been eying for months, the Captain often said that we should put one there, finally we decided on the theme and type. I hope you enjoy it.
