Jag hjälpte en bekant att släktforska. Vi fick fram rätt mycket information om hans gamla släkt. Men riktigt intressant blev det när vi lade in information om vilka platser de bott på.
Från en viss punkt kunde man rakt norrut dra en linje där det bott släktingar till honom. Först mormors mormors far och på nästa plats farmors mormor och ett steg till mormors farfar.
Och likadant var det österut från samma punkt. På den närmaste platsen hade hans farfars farmor bott, sedan hans mormors mor och på den tredje platsen hans farfar.
Men när vi kommit så långt blev han plötsligt besvärad. Började prata om släktens svarta får och samlade ihop alla papper. Om ni listar ut vilken platsen är kanske ni kan se vad som gjorde honom upprörd.
När ni kommit dit behöver ni ta hjälp av farfar, farmor och morfar för att logga cachen.
I was helping a friende to research his old relatives. We found out quite a bit about his genealogy. But it became really interesting when we added information about the places where these old relatives had lived.
From a certain point you could draw a line due north where his realitves had lived. First his mothers-mothers-mothers-mothers-father. And then at the next place his fathers-mothers-mothers-mother. And finally the third location where his mothers-mothers-fathers-father had lived.
Going due east from the same point you first came to a place where his fathers-fathers-fathers-mother had lived. And the next place his mothers-mothers-mother. And finally his fathers-father.
But when we got this far my friend started talking about the black sheep of the family, gathered all the documents and left. If you manage to locate the place you might be able to find out more about the story.
