I'm not sure what it is about this harbour but it fascinates me and is capable of calming me through anything. It's a different experience every time I'm there, on calm days you'll see dozens of boats just out from the breakwall enjoying the day and lots of people milling about enjoying the view. Whereas on a stormier day you'll appreciate the roughness of mother nature on the great lakes just as Gordon Lightfoot sang about.
On that note please be aware of the weather when going out to this cache, although I'm sure it's capable of being found in any weather I don't recommend the walk on rough days, that wind is stronger than you may realize and I don't want anyone going for an unplanned swim or tumble.
