Mt.AMAGOI at KAWABA Traditional Cache

This neighborhood with much Fluvial terrace had become a water shortage frequently. 
It is said that the ceremony of pray for rain was held in this mountain. 
 

Cache is installed near the summit of the mountain of Mt.AMAGOI in Numata-shi, Gumma and Kawaba-mura. 
There is little vertical drop and its inclination of a mountain trail is also loose. 
Probably, from the summit of the mountain, Mt.Tanigawadake looks beautiful. 

河岸段丘が多いこの辺りの土地では、頻繁に水不足になっていました。
この山で雨乞いの儀式が行われていたと言われています。

キャッシュは群馬県沼田市と川場村にある雨乞山の山頂付近に設置されています。

標高差は少なく、登山道の傾斜も緩やかです。

山頂からは谷川岳がきれいに見えるでしょう。
