Scranton is a small town south of Topeka. Of course we all know that because we are GEOCACHERS! 
This cache was originally going to be a magnetic key holder, but I dropped it inside the sign! 
Then, I couldn't reach it with my grabber thingy! 
So.... There is a FTF prize of a ready to be placed geocache to whomever can reach in there and grab it! 
So... since the whole key holder thing backfired!!! ... You will be looking for a bison tube instead!
