The cache is located in Seminole Valley Park. It is 409 acres located in NE Cedar Rapids on the Cedar River. This area of the park is walk-in only. Obey the "No Parking" sign. Park safely off the road in the area of the park entrance. and stay alert to traffic. DO NOT park along the road in other locations. The terrain rating is based on parking at the entrance. The area is subject to flooding. Don't enter flooded areas. The flooding is temporary but there may be areas of standing water after the flooding is over. There is an access road to walk on as you enter the area. Off road ATV trails meander through this part of the park and pass near this cache so it is an easy access when it is dry but be aware you may find difficult muddy conditions. This is a large, great park but always be prepared for a variety of difficulty in terrain and tripping hazards in this ever changing location. Bring a log extraction tool and a writing instrument. Please re-hide cache as found. Stay safe and have fun. Permission to place this cache in Seminole Valley Park was given by Daniel Gibbons, Parks Superintendent 3601 42nd Street NE Cedar Rapids, IA 52402
