Town of many Governors Multi-Cache

Starting coordinates will take you to the Bellefonte Governors Memorial.  Bellefonte has been the home of 7 Governors - 5 Pennsylvania Governors and 2 in other states.  The information on the Memorial will give you all you need for the final coordinates.

Coordinates for the final location are:

N 40 (52876 + the birth year of the first PA Governor, then put the decimal after the 2nd number)

W 077 (48797 - the death year of the last PA Governor, then put the decimal after the 2nd number)

For this Micro, you will need to bring your own writing implement.  Tweezers may be helpful also.  Please beware of high muggle activity, and remember that the park closes from dusk to dawn.
