The cache is a small camoed lock n lock, with a logbook, pencil, and a few trade items, that was initially placed for OCF 3. Along Bear Creek Road, a good place to park and begin you hike is at N 049 54 231 W 119 32 633, but feel free to start anywhere along there, as there are several pull-outs with small trails/animal trails close by, but some bushwhacking will be required. The terrain is moderately steep and be careful of loose rocks. The day I hid this cache it was 35C and the lake was full of people on their boats enjoying the lake ..there are some great views to be had here, so bring a camera.
PLEASE be careful on the steep terrain and by the cliffs, and remember this area is home to both rattlesnakes and bears ...be animal aware!
