To get to this cache, you will have to park in the big parking lot on Route 93. There will be a dirt road across from it. It's OK if the gate it locked - you can still go in there. You can walk or bike along the road for about a half mile until there is a gravel road to your left. You will see a large fire tower in front of you. Continue on this road until you see a trail to your right. Follow that trail to the memorial.
