Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

A small series in honour of our great British wildlife. This route can be done as a circular walk and is about 2 &1/2 miles, you can also add in a couple of extra caches not far off this route in Streat and along by the racecourse. These cache descriptions were written by the young cachers in the family and are some of their favourite things to spot evidence of or see whilst geocaching. Some of our caches will require tweezers. Please replace all safely and securely.

BUTTERFLY

Butterflies, along with the moth, make up the insect order Lepidoptera.  Butterflies are nearly worldwide in their distribution.  Butterflies taste with their feet and live on a liquid diet.  They can't fly if it's too cold.

You are now looking for a butterfly. This is attached with a long string so there should be no need to remove the tie. Please replace safely.
