How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

This should be a quick and easy find. The cache is a micro so there is no room for swaps and please bring your own writing implement. Many muggles use this pathway so please be stealthy.

Some cool things about Helium:
Helium has the atomic number of 2, a mass of 4.003 amu, and has the elemental symbol He.

Helium is named after Helios, the Greek God of the sun. It was officially discovered in 1895.
It is the second most abundant element in the universe, and is the lightest of the noble gasses (it is generally a gas though under extreme conditions change of state can occur).
Helium is pretty rare in the earth's atmosphere. Therefore, the helium we get in balloons is generated by radioactive decay of heavier elements and is collected.
