This little guy is just off a trail that runs between a local neighborhood and the town's main grocery store. Usually there aren't many muggles along the path unless someone happens to be walking to the store. I recommend parking at the front of the store and walking up the path towards the cache. Parking behind the store will most undoubtedly get you onto the security camera and someone coming out and asking what you are doing, because usually the people who hang out behind grocery stores in their cars are up to no good.
