Geocache Description:

You are seeking a small camouflaged pill bottle hidden in a traditional manner.

This series of caches are hidden in the same spirit of the Hillbilly Highway Series. As such, they should be simple park and grabs for most anyone. In addition, they are hidden in celebration of the 31 Days of Geocaching (August 2013). Like us, most geocachers in the area have wiped out everything within a decent size parameter. In order to meet the challenge of a cache a day in August, many would have to drive to Fort Smith, Clarksville, or Russellville each day. It is our hope that we can aid our fellow cachers in avoiding such a long drive.

DemonicAngel, CrazyCatLady88, and heavenNhell64 have teamed up in an effort to give you this line of (hopefully) very simple, quick caches.

There are a few important things to note:

  1. You do NOT have to cross any fences, or pass onto private property to find these caches. Most all are directly off the road, even the furthest ones are no more than 20ft from the road.
  2. The caches were hidden with a Garmin eTrex Legend, and care was taken to get the most accurate reading possible. If, however, for some reason you have any problem, the hint should be a dead giveaway. If your cords are considerably different from mine, though, please either contact me, or upload your cords with your log.
  3. There are briars, poison ivy and other such annoyances, so please be careful. Also keep in mind, you will be on a seldom used dirt road, do not be surprised if you see various wild animals.
  4. We did navigate this road in our rear-wheel drive car, but the road was dry when we did. Had there been a recent, heavy rain, I do not think this would have been possible. There are many places along Wildcat Mountain Road where there are very deep ruts that have to be carefully navigated. If possible, it would be best to take a high clearance vehicle down this part of the cache line.

You will be looking for various sized, camouflaged pill bottles along this series. Most are too small to contain anything other than a log book. When we put them out, they did contain pencils, however bring your own just to be safe. Small trade items can be found in some of the larger bottles. Randomly throughout the series, we have planted a tiny bag of gemstones as a prize for the FTF.
