Geocache Description:

O Adro - local de encontros e tradições.

O Adro

Transferred the cemetery, churchyard has been adapting to new circunstências.

It is the year 1843. It appears that by this time the selling items are: fish, sardine, horse mackerel, mackerel and flour. Only these and only later came the 'termoceiras' with their bags full of scratched 'termoços' selling, dosed by small measures of wood.

The variety has increased and, alongside these, come to emerge 'Boleiras' selling cakes 'fogaceiros'.

In the churchyard there was a well source. That well water was pumped through the manipulation of a huge iron wheel.

In 1953 the first Laying gravel are made in the churchyard, the bandstand and fountain on the bottom of this pit source said.

Take a moment to admire the scenery, the viewpoint underside of the church.
