Geocache Description:

The cache is snug but the setter is a drowned rat. We saw this likely spot on the way back from setting A Riverside Story cache but no cache in my pocket so, after a few hours out on another task, I set off  as dusk was coming in, I had just enough time to run out in the rain and hide it before the light totally went.

You are looking for a small lock and lock box in a camo bag. I thought it would be nice to add a companion cache to A Riverside Story cache and fill in a gap along the Thames Path.

You do not need to enter the field to get the cache and as there's a bit of tree cover the co-ordinates are a bit flakey but seem to point to the right location, it's up to you to use your cachers nose to root it out.

It can get quite muddy and sometimes a little flooded on the path and as a riverside location mini cachers need supervision, however on a nice day it's a scenic and peaceful walk along this stretch of the Thames with lots of wildlife to spot and sometimes fishermen.

I would recommend parking at Moulsford rec and taking the opportunity to bag a few caches in this idyllic area.

Congratulations to Megamax1200 for FTF
