The cache is atop a small volcano with nice views especially of the surrounding farms and volcanoes.
The slopes of the volcano have a covering of rocks but there is little in the way steepness and therefore the terrain is not bad at all.
The surroundings are crisscrossed with walking and cycle tracks so approaching the volcano is easy underfoot.
For these reasons this cache is suitable for children under supervision. Although walking shoes are recommended this cache can easily be managed in trainers.
As with all walking in Fuerteventura, because of the rocky terrain, ALWAYS look where you place your feet, if you wish to admire the scenery, stop walking and plant your feet securely.
Please ensure that the cache is replaced exactly where found, the lid is secured and the cache is covered by the rocks.
