This cache is at a very special lake to me and my family and friends.I grew up camping and swimming here,raised my children here and had many,many good times.In spring wild strawberries are plentiful,end of july wild huckleberries and raspberreis and blackberries soon follow.this lake is completely surrounded by white sand beach,best place for miles for a picnic and swim.Sorry to say camping is no longer allowed and you cant drive around the lake in the sand anymore.Too many people didnt respect the area would leave trash and tear up the enviroment.Although it is a fairly long walk from parking area to cache,the walk is mostly along the beach with a very short bushwack.The hardest part is the long incline at the parking area.If you have the time and energy take a stroll all the way around,it truly is beautiful.
