This cache was placed for the OTAK 2013 Geofest. the vast majority of the time, it is muggle free, but there are times in the summer when there will be no avoiding them.
The rank of Star Scout is when a boy scout really starts his journey towards the highest honor a scout can earn, the rank of Eagle Scout. It is at the level that a scout must start earning merit badges. The scout must earn 6 merit badges, and 4 of those must be from the Eagle required list. These range from Citizenship, personal fitness, first aid, environmental science, camping and family life to name few.
