Geocache Description:

This is the ninth of the Orton village series. The Cache is an unusual container with a log only - bring a pencil. This is not suitable for wheel chair users. This is a quiet village so please be considerate when looking for the series.

In the search for these caches you will be taken for a stroll around the village, past the Chocolate factory, the Church, the pub and the village shop. You will also see a beautiful house from 1604 and others from the last 400 odd years. I have come to love this village and the people are so welcoming.

The location of this cache is within a new community woodland and this has been done by one small family! It is a great project so lets support it. The final approach to the cache is fairly tricky so i would advise extra care is taken to retrieve it. PLEASE DO NOT TRAMPLE THE AREA AROUND THE NEW TREES! YOU CAN WALK ALONG THE FENCE TO GET TO THE AREA.
