All Lives Are Precious Traditional Cache

Tacoma's Hilltop area has had its ups and downs. In the late 80's early 90's it was literally a battle ground between rival gangs, gangs versus the community, and even gangs versus Army Rangers. Since then the area has grown in many different ways.

One day I noticed this sculpture in the green way.

It reads,

"All Lives Are Precious"

Dedicated to those who have passed from our midst regardless of their chosen path in life. We the Hilltop community say, "All Lives Are Precious" May 28th, 1993

I decided that I want share this area with others, so a cache was hidden.
