MMCS: Suspect - Ms. Seetow Traditional Cache

(This murder mystery cache series is done in multiple parts for both an epic feel and most importantly, more smileys!  The series will contain traditional, multi, puzzle, letterbox, and possibly Wherigo caches.  After the first cache, the following caches may be done in any order.)

Ms. Seetow is an environmentalist and loves how Geocaching brings her closer to nature.  But she hates how she finds trash anywhere near coordinates, so she carries trash bags with her and practices Cache In, Trash Out whenever she spots garbage.  She loves doing Earth Caches and especially hates garbage anywhere near them.  The other day, she seemed to be following Miles along a power trail and there appeared to be fresh trash at every cache site.  She is attending the event in order to ask him about it.

Description of Container and Location:

The cache is a small size camouflage plastic container.  Instead of swag, this cache contains grocery bags that can be used to perform CITO around the cache.  Please, feel free to take a bag and pick up trash on your way back to your vehicle.  There is also a laminated suspect testimony inside the cache.  You should copy this information or take pictures, but do not take the laminated clue from the cache.  They need to stay in the cache for the next investigator.  Bring your pen.
