Scouts Canada is an organization catering to youth of a wide range of ages all over Canada! They are a great organization that gives young girls and boys opportunities to get active and contribute to their communities. I hid this cache to raise awareness of Scouts in St. John's and the awesome work they do.
Cache is on the Scouts Canada property. Since There has been some issues with GPS's bouncing around, I'll tell you that the cache is near the front side of the building, not the shop entrance. I have permission from the people who work in the Scouts building to place the cache here, so you don't have to worry about muggles on the inside. This can be a high traffic area at times, so some stealth is required!
Please do not post pictures or hints! This cache was meant to be a challenge! Also, please do not pull too hard on certain parts of the cache! They have been glued on and can be pulled off if enough force is used.
