Héricourt-en-Caux a compté jusque 10 moulins, on ne sera donc pas surpris que cela ait longtemps été la principale industrie de la ville. Le dernier vestige encore visible est la roue à aube du moulin Quetteville (du nom du dernier meunier), qui a produit jusque 1956. Ce moulin est référencé depuis le XVIème siècle, aussi connu comme "moulin de la Fontaine" à cause d'une source qui jaillit de ses fondations.

Hericourt en Caux had up to 10 mills, so it's not surprising that grain milling has long been the main industry of the city. The last remains is the paddle wheel of the Quetteville mill (named after the last miller), that ceased flour production in 1956; this mill is known since the XVIth century, also called "moulin de la fontaine", from a spring that gushed from its foundations.
