Extract from Inspector Dimm’s notes about the suspects following interviews with the cachers at the event.
Cacher Scout is a likeable young man, who is a plumber by trade and helps with his local Scout Group. He has 652 finds and 3 published caches. He became a member after visiting a Mega Event two years ago with his neighbour and fellow football supporter, Verulanum. He has a strong sense of justice. At an event in West Yorkshire last month, he saw the reviewer, Itsezear, having an argument with Bizybuzybee and then slap her across the face. Cacher Scout immediately went to help her, telling Itsezear, “If you lay another finger on her, I’ll flatten you.” Although very upset, Bizybuzybee thanked him and kissed him. At this point his girlfriend, Angelface, arrived, saw the kiss, accused Cacher Scout of two-timing her and immediately ended their relationship.
