Peace Park is open daily during daylight hours. It is open for bow hunting (by permit) during much of November. Park in the lot on Bolt Dr for easiest access to this one. This is a projection cache, but it's an easy one – if you haven't tried one yet, this should be a pretty simple one to start with.
Follow the mowed trail all the way to the coordinates. Face the bench and stand near the right side of it. From there you need to travel 93 feet at 310 degrees. If you aren't certain how to do a projection and you can't figure out which way to go, check the hint – that will narrow down the places to look.
