The posted coordinates will take you to The Ring at the end of the Delaware Canal Trail. It marks the location of a big crane that was used from 1831 - 1932 to unload canal boats that were not going into the Delaware River. The final location is nearby.
This being a wherigo geocache you will need to download and play this wherigo cartridge. The wherigo is a simple puzzle but a pencil and paper may help. The wherigo cartridge is of the play anywhere variety meaning you may play it anywhere you like as long as you have 150 feet of open space all the way around you that you can wander around in. 
Wherigo experiences exist as individual downloadable files, called "cartridges". Cartridges are downloaded free of charge to a Wherigo player app, available via your phone's app store.
