Geocache Description:

All Things Birds Letterbox #8 (Oh Snap)

by: Arrowheadboy

This is a fairly straight forward letterbox-hybrid cache.  In the general tradition of this “All Things Birds” series so far to date, I am placing one large letterbox out followed by the very rare micro letterbox caches.  This cache is of the rarer small letterbox variety.  Due to the size of this mini Letterbox-Hybrid, there is a very small stamp (of couse) and a small log.  You will need to bring your own ink pad or a sharpie or equivalent to transfer ink from the stamp to your own personal Letterbox Book/Journal.  Try to clean off the stamp if possible and place the cache in the same manner in which you found it.  Another reminder…Please remember to stamp your letterboxing journal/book with the stamp found in this cache.

I picked this location for this next letterbox in the series as it was one of very few good places left in the area.  I won’t say any names or anything but (Team Iansdad) have got Mobile and surrounding areas pretty well stocked with awesome hides (Thank yall for making Mobile a great caching location).

The bird on this stamp was mad at first as this development took out his bird nest…..but turns out they now sell new bird houses for people to place in their yards for new feathery tenants.  What’s more they also have bird feed and bird feeders too….. Oh Snap!  Please be courteous, please be respectful, please be polite, please DON’T be bashful.  Also, please leave this cache, in same or better condition as to when you found it.  Be mindful of muggles and don’t go alone at night.  OK now if you are paying attention to this series, you will notice that I skipped number seven….No, I did not get 7 confused with 13, I just have not found a fitting place quite yet for #7 as it is a bigger size LB cache.

Please find all these new letterbox series of caches and place some out for me to find!  There are not enough of these around and I have many more in this series to come.  I also will have another series or two or three… of letterbox-hybrids that I intend on hiding in the area….

Congratulations to Iansdad for FTF!   But I think I know who it may be….
