Geocache Description:

This cache is placed to celebrate the opening of the sixth bridge over the river Thames at Walton on Thames.

The sixth, and much improved bridge cost over £32 million to build and took around 18months to construct. It opened on the 22 July 2013 and replaces the 4th and 5th (both temporary) bridges that still remain. We are hoping that as well as improving navigation down the river, it will offer some improvement over the previous 'bottleneck' on the road that existed!

This is a magnetic nano hidden on the bridge which now has a nice wide pavement either side of the road.  Tweezers might be needed to remove the log as it is quite snug. We've provided a reasonably detailed hint as we want it to be found, but take care not to drop it! Please hide it where you found it.

It should be a fairly easy find, but we've given it a 2 star difficulty because you will need to be extremely stealthy. As well as it being an extremely busy crossing point, there are still various works going on in the surrounding area and on the old bridges. Good luck!
