This is the way to the Pisgah Ridge Trail, connecting the Kilburn Pond Loop with the Pisgah Ridge. Now there is something to find along the way, to keep you on track. The trail wanders up and down and across a few small bridges before cutting up to the ridge.
You can tell you are getting near the ridge,since there are lots of rocky spots here, near this small brook. There are a couple of ways to get to the cache. Which will you choose?
The cache is a biggish micro covered with camo, though it doesn't exactly blend in to the background.
