Geocache Description:

A nice place to begin or end your journey on the National Bicentennial Trail.

This was a fun cache hide completed as a family, including geohound and marked the start and end of our brief journey up and back along this stretch of the Bicentennial Trail hence the name. There is ample parking here and some shade to stop and have a drinks break either before or after the walk.

If you are lucky the nearby paddck will have horse riders practicing their jumps which is a sight to see. Over the horse gates and you can commence your journey along this great trail. This section is easy going and suitable for very young geocachers getting a taste for bigger and more challenging caches.

To find this cache you do not need to cross over the horse gate. You are looking for a small black film canister with no room for swaps. Please byo pen. Please ensure that camo is replaced as you found it to keep eager eyed muggles away.

For those attempting this cache at night the nearby stash of 10+ empty Jim Bean cans suggest it may be a local haunt for teenagers so stealth may be required.
