P&G located near the City of Adrian public safety building. If you visit at the right time, plug your ears as the sirens will be loud! But, if you listen close a soft quiet hum will take to right to the cache...

Cache is located near the City of Adrian public safety building. It is on public property and placed with permission. Please use stealth there may be muggles nearby. Please place the cache back how you found it as there is no need to make it any harder than it needs to be. Nothing tricky here.
