4 Years Ago Traditional Geocache

Almost exactly 4 years ago, on August 13, 2009, I received my GPS for my birthday.  On the 15th I would sign up for a basic membership on Geocaching.com and the part of my personality known as trumpetsquirrel was born.  I was unsuccessful as I attempted to find my first cache on the 15th, but went on to find 3 on the 16th.  Four years later, I have exactly 400 finds, averaging 100 per year.

Help me to celebrate trumpetsquirrel's fourth birthday with this cache that can be found at an I-94 eastbound rest stop.  If you need a hint don't hesitate to e-mail me.  Otherwise good luck.  I hope the next years of my caching career can be as fun as the last four.
