This is a Three Amigos cache. It is a very easy 2 part multi that is very kid friendly. Don't let the cache name fool you, it was named after its purpose, not its location. Redd Metal named a "ninja" trackable after each of the Three Amigos and placed them in the cache to stir up a little sibling rivalry.
Don't worry too much about looking suspicious to the people inside. I OK'd the location with them and they know what you are looking for ;)
