Just a diversion off Fullam Pond Trail. Enjoy the stop while passing through.
While vacationing in Spofford, I choose quality instead of quantity in my quest for caches. Fullam pond was one of two stops I wanted to make. I ended up biking to Old Swanzey road looking for the Fullam Pond traihead. Turns out the access lies along an old road that, I would assume, hikers can pass to enter Pisgah. Not much parking over here (maybe one car) so plan accordingly.
I enjoyed the bike/run/walk to Fullam Pond but just had to stop here to take in the view. Along the trail other trail tributaries would open up which gives cachers plenty of options in getting here. Pisgah State Park continues to impress me and I look forward to returning to explore further. Thanks to the local cachers who are peppering trails with more reasons to visit and putting this park on the GEO map.
