Knowledge is power. If you pay attention and educate yourself, you will be well equipped to face every day life. The sad thing is, some people don’t really pay attention to what is going on around them. They are also the first to complain when things go wrong (a great example of this is in politics, but let’s not get political). There is absolutely no need to do so here. Back to education, then. You will always find answers when you know where to look for them. Take, for example, a text book. You can hunt for hours in a basic text book but sometimes the answers are elsewhere to be found. The difficulty is in how you apply your knowledge. How does paying attention relate? Well, the obvious answer is paying attention in class, when your teacher is ... well ... teaching. With education, not just in the academic sense of the word, but in all senses of the word, and an ability to pay attention to what is going on around you, you will generally find yourself ahead of the game. It is very likely that the people you find yourself surrounded by in life are either individuals who not only like to learn, but also pay attention to what happens in every day life, or completely blissful in their ignorance. The former are well equipped......are you?
