You will be under tree cover, so GPS reception might be dancing. Stand under the tree with the rock between you and the distant ranch buildings.
After climbing up to Bills Hill today I did a little exploring around the summit. A prior cacher had made some interesting comments about a different route back down off the hill. Sure enough, there is an old road/trail down the ridge line starting over here. It looks like there are some new roads plowed up the hillside in places as well. Possibly new trails in the making? A route up Bills Hill and around to Wagon Road is possible.
