Geocache Description:

This beautiful park is quite close to our home and occasionally we take our kids there to play. I felt that this park deserves cache and so I decided to hide my first cache there.

CB Mott Park – The Fun

CB Mott Park on Brisbane’s southside has two separate playgrounds for Brisbane Kids to enjoy. With swings for infants as well as bigger kids, slides, rockers and climbing nets, there is plenty to keep the kids occupied for some time. The added bonus of toilet facilities, barbeques and several shelters and other grassy spaces make it well suited to a family picnic. The wide bike and walking paths are perfect for bikes and scooters.

Imagination Factor

CB Mott Park’s play equipment features a spider’s web climbing net for great games of insects and spiders. The double slide will provide heaps of fun as your Brisbane Kids race each other to the bottom of the mountain. Children will be able to escape the trolls as they run across the little bridge.

Special Needs

CB Mott Park has accessible toilet facilities. The bikeway paths are wide and run throughout the park. CB Mott Park has wood and electric barbeques, picnic tables and shelters, bench seats and grassy open space to set up for the day. The playground equipment is suited to a variety of ages and abilities. All playgrounds are unfenced and most equipment is sheltered by shade sails.
