By the Beach Huts! Event Cache

Beach_hut and friends are coming to Wells for the day! This is one of our favourite places and we thought we'd take the opportunity to say hello to the local cachers and thank them for the caches and for the place (feel free to vicariously take credit for a whole town!)

We shall be assembling approximately at the published co-ords at roughly 1-1:30 for a short flashmob and a caching-related natter. I dare say we shall bring lots of trackables to discover and a few to swap.

For a purely optional bit of fun, why not dress with a tropical theme? Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts for the exceptionally brave, the works  this will look exceptionally eccentric (as all good cachers are!) if the weather is not co-operating

Speaking of which, I have an alternative location in mind in case it's bucketing it down, but for now we'll keep an eye on the forecast and make appropriate arrangements nearer the time. Keep an eye on the cache page and we'll make announcements as and when.

Afterwards, we'll take in local caches or sights, or refreshment venues depending on what the group feels like doing.
