Moonlight Mayhem Event Cache

If you plan on participating in the games the cut off for RSVP is 10/18 at 5:00PM. I won't be able to adust the quantity of game pieces after that. Feel free to come and participate in the hunt but don't collect game pieces.

On the night of the full moon (actually the day after), before Halloween, there will be a family-friendly night geocaching event in the woods. Caches will be placed on various halloween-themed trails and prizes will be awarded for various criteria. None of the trails are difficult or highly technical but terrain is uneven. There are no facilities at the event location so plan accordingly (no bathroom, no tables, etc.). Feel free to come in costume - the scarier the better.

• Please arrive before dark so you don't miss the check in. I suggest being at the trail head by around 5:00 to give you time to get up the hill.
• Follow the posted coordinates to Hell's Gate. Walk around the gate and proceed to The Devil's Locker for further instructions and your personal ring of protection.
• Make sure no muggles see you retrieving or replacing the container. The world might end if this happens.
• Keep the event fun for yourself, stay on the road on your way to the Witches' Circle - no peeking at the trails!!
• There will be a small fire - bring your marshmallows.
• Please: NO DOGS!!
• PLEASE PROVIDE A HEAD COUNT FOR YOUR GROUP so that there are enough materials for everyone.
