You will agree that the coordinates given will be difficult to get to! Look on a satelite picture and decide for yourself. The cache is placed on a typical quartzite koppie close to a neglected concrete and stone path. A blind person would be able to walk along the path to a position close to the cache. The koppie is not high and fairly open.
It is a relatively quiet area during the day. There is evidence of muggle activity, probably during the night. The result is a lot of rubbish lying around that makes the area a perfect opportunity for CITO. This CITO is a good cover while looking for the cache. While you were doing CITO you found a piece of paper that might be a clue to the final location of the cache. Take into account that blind persons might have walked along the path:
The cache is a 35 ml (approximately) plastic container including a pencil. Too small for any large items.
