This Cache is located along the Elephant Swamp Walking Trail in Elk Township. Legend has it that in the 1800's while a circus was traveling by train through Elk Township along the rail line from Monroeville, an elephant got loose in the swamp, and was never seen again. Plenty of wildlife and beautiful scenery to be seen. The Cache is approximately one mile from the parking lot on Elk Rd.
