La dénomination du jardin rappelle ses origines royales. Le Jardins du Roi a la forme d'une patte d'oie et vous dévoilera quelques jolies statues dont un bronze du sculpteur belge Charles Van Der Stappen: Mort d’Ompdrailles (1892) et celle du Roi Léopold II due à René Cliquet. Sur le socle de cette statue , on peut lire l’inscription suivante : « Il créa ce jardin et en fit donation pour notre repos et notre joie ». La statue a été installée en 1969, au moment où le jardin a reçu officiellement l’appellation de « Jardin du Roi ».


The king's garden, garden who has the shape of a goose leg and who will reveal you some attractive statues including a bronze of the Belgian sculptor Charles Van Der Stappen: Mort d’Ompdrailles (1892) and also one of the belgian king Léopold II, of René Cliquet.
