[GMM.08] GeoM&M BBQ Event Cache

HOW TO GET THERE
Do not trust in the "driving directions" of the listing because make it more difficult; if you cannot afford to do it, use the ones of the cache GC33RJ7 [JLX] 3.2# Curlo, which we advice to keep as a reference for any circumstance. Insert "Via Pecorara" in your car gps navigator (look at the attached map). The area is litteraly surrounded by caches (mine) and for this reason it is not possible to show the exact coords (minimun distance). The listing coords direct you up the end of the asphalt but it is really impossible to get lost; it is the only way heading to the Curlo picnic area and you can see the huge barbecue and the whole picnic area (look at the foto).

PROGRAM

- 10.00 - 16.00 BARBECUE

We will meet at check point in the small parking lot. We will choose the tables and start the preparations for the barbecue. It is important to arrive as soon as possible because on weekends the picnic area is definitely overcrowded. As is customary in these types of events, everyone provide his own food in relation to his tastes and wallet, thus avoiding any kind of problem.

EQUIPMENT: food, adequate supply of beverage (thoungh there is a small fountain), and everything you need for grilling food (and eating!), hat, sunscreen, beach umbrella, insect repellent and various torches.

PARKING: the parking lot located near the picnic area is very small. If you cannot find a place, you should download what you need for the barbecue and leave your car behind a couple of corners, in places Agueta (waypoint PK1), in front of the restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk. In the worst case (very rare), you can opt for one of the other car parks listed among the waypoints and then only to fill a car or arrange with someone to be taken.

APPOINTMENT: 10 a.m. at the check point in the small parking in front of the picnic area. Latecomers will have to look for the tables with the geocaching logo.

CÓMO LLEGAR
No confíeis en el " Cómo Llegar" de la lista porque hace las cosas màs complicadas. Si no podeis prescindir, utilizeis lo del caché GC33RJ7 [JLX] 3.2# Curlo, lo que se recomienda mantener como referencia, en cualquier caso. Configurar el navegador de coche en Via Pecorara (véase el mapa adjunto). El área está literalmente rodeada de cachés (míos), y por eso no se pueden poner las coordenadas exactas, por razones de cumplimiento con la distancia mínima. Las coordenadas de la lista, por lo tanto, frente a la final de la carretera asfaltada pero en realidad es imposible equivocarse; es el único camino que conduce al Curlo y no se puede dejar de notar la gran barbacoa y todo el área de picnic (ver foto).

PROGRAMA

- 10.00 - 16.00 BARBACOA

Nos reunimos en las coordenadas de la lista que enlazan el lote pequeño. Eligiremos las mesas y comenzaran los preparativos para la barbacoa. Es importante que llegamos lo más pronto posible ya que el fin de semana la zona de picnic es muy recurrida. Como es habitual en este tipo de eventos, cada uno lleva su propia comida con respecto a sus gustos y bolsillos, evitando así cualquier tipo de problema.

EQUIPAMIENTO: los alimentos, el suministro adecuado de bebidas (aunque hay una pequeña fuente) y todo lo necesario para cocinar alimentos (y para comer!), gorro, protectiòn solar, paraguas de sol, repelente de insectos y varias linternas.

APARCAMIENTO: el aparcamiento situado cerca de la zona de picnic es pequeño. En caso no hubiera sitio, podeis descargar lo que necesiteis para la barbacoa y dejar el coche un par de curvas màs abajo, en el aparcamiento de Agueta (waypoints PK1), en frente del restaurante; está a sólo unos minutos a pie. En el peor de los casos (muy raro), se opta por uno de los aparcamientos de los enumerados en el punto de referencia y entonces se puede llenar un coche o arreglar con alguien para llegar a la zona de la barbacoa.

CITA: a las 10.00 en el check point cerca del aparcamiento del área picnic . Los ùltimos que lleguen, tendrán que buscar las mesas con el logo de geocaching.

Vertrauen Sie nicht den "Wegbeschreibungen" von der Liste, weil es die Dinge komplizierter zu machen, wenn Sie nicht verzichten können, verwenden Sie den Cache GC33RJ7 [JLX] 3.2# Curlo, das wird jedoch empfohlen, um sie als Referenz zu halten. Stellen Sie den Navigator das Auto auf der Via Pecorara (siehe beigefügte Karte). Die Gegend ist buchstäblich durch Cache (Mine) umgeben ist, und aus diesem Grund, kann man nicht die exakten Koordinaten festgelegt, aus Gründen der Einhaltung des Mindestabstandes. Die Koordinaten der Notierung daher adressieren das Ende der asphaltierten Straße, aber es ist wirklich nicht zu übersehen, ist die einzige Straße, die nach Curlo führt und man kann nicht umhin, den riesigen Grill und all die Picknick-Bereich (siehe Foto).

Wir treffen uns bei den angegebenen Koordinaten bei einem kleinen Parkplatz. Wählen einen Tisch und starten Sie die Vorbereitungen für das Grillen. Es ist wichtig, möglichst früh zu erscheinen, da an diesem Wochenende der Picknick-Bereich gut besetzt sein wird. Wie es bei dieser Art von Veranstaltungen üblich ist, bestimmt jeder selbst welche Speisen er nach eigenen Geschmack und Geldbeutel mitnimmt.

AUSSTATTUNG: Essen und ausreichende Getränken (obwohl es einen kleinen Brunnen hat) und alles, was Sie sonst noch zum Grillen und Geniessen wünschen, Hut, Sonnencreme, Sonnenschirm, Insektenschutz und verschiedene Fackeln.

PARKEN: Die Koordinaten weisen auf einen kleinen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Picknickplatzes. Wer keinen Platz finden, sollte abladen was zum Grillen benötigt wird das Auto ein Paar Kurven weiter unten in Agueta (Wegpunkte PK1), vor dem Restaurant parkieren. Es sind nur wenige Minuten um Hoch zu laufen. Im schlimmsten Fall entscheiden Sie sich für eines der Parkhäuser die als Wegpunkt aufgeführt sind vereinbaren mit jemandem den Transport zum Picknickplatz.

TERMIN: 10.00 auf dem kleinen Parkplatz. Nachzügler müssen für Tabellen mit dem Geocaching-Logo.
